Note the way the edges of the page are folded.  When I purchased the Loci Communes, the edges of this page were folded around the other pages (which were bound with the strips shown in page 9 above) so as to form a sort of envelope/container.

There is Greek word and a small diagram of some sort in the upper left corner on the folded section.
